Vision, Mission & Values
To improve the quality of life for people living with cancer by providing emotional and psychological support to them and their families where and when they need it most.
People affected by cancer have individual needs that cannot always be addressed by their health care providers and social networks. We offer a place for people to go to talk and get emotional support to help them deal with the way cancer has affected them and their life.
To provide care and support to Rotherham residents affected by cancer.
We aim to improve quality of life, enrich their emotional wellbeing and provide the support they need to deal with the challenges life threatening and life limiting illness places on people’s lives.
- Provide care and support through assessment, complementary therapies and/or counselling to help people face the impact cancer can have on the lives of the patient and their family.
- Have a team of trained professionals who work closely with patients / clients to give individual tailored support when needed.
- Provide a free of charge service to the patient and their main carer.
- Work closely with the NHS, to ensure the highest quality of care for people affected by cancer
